What types of terrain is the Cochildor Wagon suitable for?
The Cochildor Wagon works well on flat surfaces like sidewalks and pavement. It can also be used on firm beach sand and grassy areas, though it may require more effort to pull in these conditions. We don't recommend using it on loose sand, rocky terrain, or for off-road activities.
Does the wagon have a canopy for sun protection?
Yes, the wagon features a removable canopy for effective sun protection, allowing you to customize coverage while keeping your child comfortable and shaded.
Can my baby sleep overnight in the Lite 2.0 Stroller's bassinet mode?
No, the bassinet mode of the Lite 2.0 Stroller is not approved for overnight sleep or unsupervised rest. While it provides a comfortable, secure space for your baby during supervised naps and outings, it does not meet the safety standards required for prolonged, unsupervised sleep. For your baby's safety, we recommend using a dedicated, certified crib or bassinet specifically designed for overnight sleep. Always transfer your baby to an approved sleep environment for extended rest periods.
The color of the product I received looks different from the online photos. Is this normal?
We work hard to ensure our product photos are accurate, but colors may appear different due to screen variations. The color you receive is the true product color. Please contact customer service if you have any concerns about your order.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. If any future products require shipping fees, we will provide clear notice in advance.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically process in 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days after processing. Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We currently only deliver to physical addresses within the continental United States.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all Cochildor products from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material flaws under normal use.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty protects against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or cosmetic damage from regular use.
How do I submit a warranty claim?

Is the warranty transferable?
No, the warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
