Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped from our distribution centers Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for order preparation.

  • High-Volume Periods: During new product launches, promotions, or restocks, processing may extend to up to 10 business days. We appreciate your patience.

  • Force Majeure: Order processing may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather). We will resume operations and expedite all pending orders as soon as conditions allow.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Cost & Service Area: We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with leading carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days after shipment.

    • Extended Delivery (Remote Areas): 5-7 business days after shipment.

    • Total Delivery Time: Please note that total delivery time is the sum of Processing Time + Shipping Time.

3. Address & Order Details

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address within our service area at checkout. We ship exclusively to the address provided during the order process.

  • Address Error Consequences: Cochildor is not liable for packages lost, undeliverable, or not returned due to an incorrect address or an address outside our service area. In such cases, we cannot issue a reshipment or a refund.

4. Cancellation Policy
We are committed to fulfilling your orders quickly. As such, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of an order once it has been submitted. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sale@cochildor.com. Our team will make every effort to assist you if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

5. Upon Receiving Your Order

  • Damaged Items: We take all reasonable care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that your items are damaged during transit, please contact us at sale@cochildor.com within 3 business days of delivery. Detailed photos and a description of the visible damage are essential for us to file a claim with the carrier.

  • Incorrect Items Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact our customer support team at sale@cochildor.com, and we will promptly resolve the issue.

  • Returns: If an item does not meet your expectations or was ordered by mistake, and has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
