Refund policy

At Cochildor, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward 30-day return process for items purchased directly from cochildor.com. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth experience.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You may return most items for any reason within 30 days of the original ship date. All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging included.

  • Pre-order Items: The 30-day return period for pre-order items begins on the date the item is shipped from our warehouse.

  • Proof of Purchase: Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from cochildor.com.

  • Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify or update this return policy at any time without prior notice.

2. Return Conditions & Potential Deductions

To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to deductions or be rejected:

  • Deduction (10%-50%): If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or has missing parts/packaging that affects resale value, a restocking fee of 10% to 50% of the product price will be deducted from your refund.

  • No Refund: If the returned product does not match the original item shipped (wrong product), your refund will be withheld and the product may be returned to you at your expense.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

  • Free Return Label: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for returns that meet the full-refund conditions (new, unused, in original packaging).

  • Customer-Paid Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost in the following cases:

    • Non-Quality Related Returns: Returns for reasons other than product quality or our error.

    • Conditional Returns: Returns that do not meet the full-refund conditions (see Section 2).

    • Refused Packages/Address Changes: If you refuse a delivery or request an address change mid-transit, a return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

  • Promotional Items: For "gift with purchase" or "spend-and-save" promotions, both the main item and the free/discounted item must be returned together. If only the main item is returned, the standard retail value of the promotional item will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges within 30 days only for items purchased on cochildor.com and Amazon. The replacement product must be of equal or lesser value than the original item. Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your order should be perfect upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sale@cochildor.com.

Provide your order number and detailed photos or a video of the issue. Our team will investigate and provide a solution (replacement or refund) within 48 hours. For damaged items, you may be instructed to refuse the delivery.

7. Important Notes

  • We recommend contacting Cochildor customer service before initiating a return to confirm if it is the best solution.

  • Products purchased from other third-party platforms or authorized dealers are subject to their respective return policies.

  • All returns must be shipped back within 15 calendar days of receiving the return label. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
