Our New Favorite Adventure Buddy: The Cochildor Elite 2-Seater Wagon Review!

Why We Chose a Wagon (And Why This One!)

My daughter, Ellie, is 17 months old—smack in the middle of the "I want to walk!/No, carry me!" toddler whirlwind. A regular stroller felt limiting, but a wagon? It feels like her own little personal clubhouse on wheels. She loves it, and I love that it grows with our family (future sibling, I’m looking at you!).

We’ve taken it on city sidewalks, asphalt paths, brick walkways, and even some packed gravel—no problem. It handles and pushes effortlessly thanks to its great design. It’s so much simpler to navigate than I expected a wagon to be.

3. The Insane Storage (A Mom’s Best Friend): Where do I even begin? There are storage pockets on both sides, front and back. The space under the seats is massive. And the genius zipper door in the front?! It makes loading groceries, the diaper bag, and all of Ellie’s "essential" toys so easy. When she’s older, I know she’ll love using it to climb in and out on her own.

4. Hassle-Free Folding: The folding mechanism is straightforward once you get the hang of it. For the smoothest fold, I highly recommend fully removing the seats. If you want to be quicker, you can simply unclip the seats from the sides of the wagon. Then, just pull up on the folding strap inside the wagon.

A quick pro-tip: If you fold it with the seats just unclipped (and not fully removed), the seats might get caught during the fold. If that happens, don't force it! Just gently lift or adjust the hanging seat with your hand, and then continue pulling the strap. It folds down neatly and stands upright on its own, which is awesome for storage in the garage. It fits in the back of my SUV without any issue. A heads-up for my sedan moms: definitely check your trunk dimensions first, as it might be a tight squeeze.
